📦 Order Shipping & Processing

To ensure a smooth shipping process, please ensure all orders are placed with a correct and valid name and address. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

  • Standard shipping typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days from the shipment date.
  • Expedited shipping options such as USPS Priority and Express Mail are available at an additional cost.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist in resolving any shipping issues.
  • Orders flagged for security verification may experience processing delays.

🔄 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on select items. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers must submit a return request with photo evidence of any defect or issue.
  • Discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
  • If negligence or misuse is determined, a refund may be denied.

Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be denied if the product is damaged due to misuse.

🚫 Cancellations & Refused Packages

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If an order has already been shipped, customers must initiate a return upon receipt.

  • Refused packages returned to us will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees for refused orders will not be refunded.
  • Orders that were shipped for free will have the original shipping cost deducted from any refund.
